Aug 2025 TOD West landowners approached county during TOD public process. Nov 6 2025 TOD adopted 4-1. Nov 17 2025 Tract contacted county about TOD West specifically; second NDA signed. June 2026 CUP pre-application filed. All NDAs now non-redacted and public.
