May 6, 2014 — Introduction Joichi Ito emails Epstein: "One of the best network security guys I know... He's in NYC often. If you have time, you should connect. I think you'll enjoy meeting each other and I also think this business idea that we're working on might be interesting for you as well."
May 2014 — First Meeting Iozzo asks Epstein to meet between May 11-19. Epstein doesn't respond. Eight days later, Iozzo tries again: "Jeffrey, Joi tells me you're in NY the 18th and the 19th." Epstein responds: "Yes." Iozzo tells Epstein's associate: "I'm in a cab headed there."
April 21, 2015 — Dubai Invitation Iozzo tells Epstein: "I'm relocating to Dubai in mid May. If you've never been and want to visit, let me know — there's a guy (a member of the Royal family or something) who you might like."
August 2, 2015 — Black Hat Invitation Iozzo invites Epstein to attend Black Hat cybersecurity conference in Las Vegas.
DEF CON 2016 — "Four Girls" Epstein tells Iozzo he hopes to attend DEF CON with: former Israeli PM Ehud Barak, billionaire Tom Pritzker, and "four girls."
July 25, 2016 — "Safety Briefing" Iozzo tells Lesley Groff (Epstein's assistant) he needs 5-6 hours with Epstein and 1-2 hours with her and "the girls." When asked what the meetings entail: "So the meeting is like a 'safety briefing' type of thing if that makes sense?" He says there should be a "slightly different setup" between Epstein/Groff and the unnamed "girls."
November 27, 2017 — FBI Informant FBI confidential source meets two special agents. Informant alleges Epstein had a "personal hacker" who "had dirt on other people." Description: "Italian citizen born in Calabria who developed zero-day exploits and offensive cyber tools and sold the tools to governments." Hacker "first person to hack and find vulnerabilities in Blackberries and iOS." Worked for CrowdStrike after it acquired his company in 2017. All matches Iozzo.
December 1, 2018 — Disguise Request Iozzo emails Epstein's associate: "I have an odd question for you: is there a lot of press around the house given recent news? Trying to decide whether to wear a baseball hat :)." (3 days after Miami Herald exposed Epstein's plea deal). Associate responds: "Glasses, hat, scarf. Go for it."
August 1, 2018 — Iozzo's Pitch Iozzo emails Epstein: "Jeffrey, I know you are not well so this might not be the best time but unfortunately this has to close by Monday. There's a $1mm allocation available… They are shooting for an IPO in Q4 allegedly. Interested?"
Context: Bitmain raising $1B in "B+" round at $14B pre-money valuation. $1.25B profit 2017, $1.1B Q1 2018. 75% ASIC market share.
Jeremy Rubin's Endorsement "Bitmain is a great company, very misunderstood… I think it is a great company to nab some exposure to, and I think we should do it." Highlights Jihan Wu's business acumen, Bitmain's AI pivot, IPO as crypto exposure proxy.

September 2010 — Seckel/Holman Offer Al Seckel (Epstein's sister-in-law's husband) emails Epstein: "On another matter, would you be interested in having all that crap that comes up on a google search on your name basically disappear? Pablos and I were talking about it, and we can make it happen for about 20-25K. We know the right people to hire."
December 2010 — Follow-up Seckel references "Pablos" evaluating Epstein's online reputation and providing cost estimate.
1998 Ohio Business Records Wexler and Epstein listed as co-presidents of The New Albany Company.
NACO Island Design DOJ records show former NACO leaders helped Epstein design his private island. Island design took cues from Easton and New Albany developments.
House Oversight Deposition (Feb 2026) Rep. Robert Garcia: "Wexner gave Epstein 'about a billion dollars.'" Wexler: "Naive" and "foolish" to trust Epstein. House Democrats accused Wexler of "lying about Epstein ties."
