COMMUNITY WIN - Warren County, VA Planning Commission voted NOT to recommend a zoning change that would allow data centers in the county. This is part of a growing Shenandoah Valley opposition movement. The Shenandoah Valley is ground zero for a new phase: LAND BANKING. Billionaires and shell companies buy rural farmland YEARS before proposing a data center. By the time the community finds out, the land is already acquired. This pattern was documented in Caroline County (Amazon/Mattameade), Orange County (Kirk's Road), and Fluvanna County (Covenant Sands). If you live in the Shenandoah Valley and see out-of-state land purchases - report it. That is the early warning sign. Source: ABC7 (Tom Roussey), Shenandoah Alliance
