DC BLOX filed a grading permit for 648 Grassmere Park before the property sale even closed — a deliberate attempt to lock in building rights before new zoning could take effect. The proposed data center sits 50 yards from Nashville Zoo animal enclosures. Three stormwater outfalls drain directly onto Nashville Zoo property and into Mill Creek — the only habitat of the federally endangered Nashville Crayfish.
